Mrs. Amanda Mergner has been at Monmouth Beach School since 2018, serving as the middle school math teacher before transitioning to her current position as Administrator of Academic Achievement and Supervisor of Special Services in 2021. She also has experience teaching elementary and K-8 technology in two school districts in Ocean County. Mrs. Mergner holds certifications in Middle School Mathematics, Middle School Science, Elementary K-5, Teacher of Students with Disabilities, Supervisor, and Principal. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Kean University in Elementary Education and a Master of Arts degree from Georgian Court University in Administration and Leadership. Currently, she is working toward her Doctorate of Educational Leadership at Monmouth University.
